As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. 

As a Staff Accountant at Team Car Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our business with a focus on facilities and compliance-related expenses. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual with 1-3 years of accounting experience who can help us process and maintain accurate financial records, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with approximately 500 locations. 

• Process and manage rent and property tax payments accurately and timely. 
• Oversee and manage utility payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing. 
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions. 
• Manage month end close activities including identifying and accounting for accruals to meet deadlines and perform accurately.  
• Support compliance functions related to property management and taxation. 
• Maintain relationships with landlords and utility providers, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. 
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to help management understand financial trends and impacts.  
• Other duties as requested that assist Team Car Care in meeting its goals. 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role. 
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. 
• Effective communication and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
