The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic partner responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition. Partner with assigned business stakeholder to design, implement effective and creative recruitment plans aimed at achieving high volume hiring needs across field operations. - the designated business areas under the responsibility of this role diverse and geographically dispersed stores. The individual in this role utilizes his/her knowledge of recruiting and people practices promoting company strategies, priorities, culture, mission and values and drives alignment of HR talent acquisition capabilities to organizational needs.


  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to include the selection, evaluation, documentation and referral of candidates who meet the qualifications of the open positions.
  • Develop sourcing strategy for each vacancy to ensure a pipeline of diverse, top talent.
  • Meet and exceed talent acquisition metrics which are established for this position.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving the overall candidate experience and engagement throughout hiring lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage pipeline of potential candidates for business through proactive market analysis, data insights, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Serve as brand ambassador in marketplace by supporting and championing company’s recruitment branding strategy to effectively attract top talent by building awareness and promoting localized recruiting efforts through social media channels.
  • Facilitate stakeholder talent planning and debrief discussions to establish, measure, and monitor successes and opportunities to address potential issues to ensure hiring objectives are achieved.

  • Knowledge of sourcing efficiencies and candidate assessments.
  • Passion for a commitment to sourcing and retaining top, diverse talent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient level computer skills including Microsoft Office- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and follow through on request.
  • Ability to influence hiring management to move quickly in selection stage to optimize the opportunity to hire candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, establish and follow internal service level agreements to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Experience with applicant tracking system
  • Servant leadership mindset
  • Minimum of 2 (two) years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and /or similar role
