Reporting to the SVP the Regional Vice President is responsible for the growth and health of the Jiffy Lube region P&L by providing leadership and direction to the district managers and store teammates. Ensure all teammates are aligned and prepared to provide an exceptional guest experience while meeting or exceeding sales, profit, guest, and team results. This position works extensively with the Senior Leadership team in creating, fostering and implementing a winning culture and leads through team coaching and development.


• Consistently manage and deliver against region KPI expectations and budgets: Net Sales, Guest Count, Labor, Guest Satisfaction, Cost targets.
• Provide oversight and care for all company stores and assets in the region.
• Provide daily coaching and training to the operations teams (business plans, operations, and personnel decisions).
• Lead development in building and aligning a High-Performance Team, utilizing tools and training for all Teammates to be successful in their position.
• Lead role in hiring, training, and retaining talent at district manager level within the region, to include an ongoing succession planning process.
• Maintain proper business controls across all business aspects (integrity, ethics, safety, store / grounds appearance, overall store atmosphere &operations).
• Partner with assigned franchisor counterparts to ensure alignment of purpose and maximize all available resources to grow the business
• Identify and present growth opportunities that maximize performance within the region


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or similar. MBA preferred
• 10 years company owned; multi-unit retail/restaurant experience preferred
• 5 years Senior Field Management experience preferably in a service-based environment
• Heavy travel expected in most regions: 50% or greater at times
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated P&L management of store locations of commensurate size and scope
• "Guest First" focus and mentality

• Proven performance in training, coaching, developing and retaining high performance teams
• Strong communication skills across all settings and levels
• Willing to dig into the details when necessary and create action plans to address gaps in performance

• Strong talent assessment skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
